Summary
We are seeking a proactive and technically strong Sales & Project Engineer (HVAC – MEP) to manage the complete project lifecycle — from client acquisition and site assessment to technical solution development, cost estimation, project coordination, and final handover. The ideal candidate will have strong HVAC expertise, solid MEP understanding, and the ability to independently handle both sales and project execution aspects.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Sales: Identify opportunities, conduct site visits, engage clients, and convert inquiries into secured projects
• Technical Assessment & Solutioning: Understand site requirements, review drawings/BOQs, and develop practical HVAC & MEP solutions
• Cost Estimation & Quoting: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive techno-commercial proposals
• Project Execution & Coordination: Oversee awarded projects, coordinate with supervisors and teams, and ensure smooth execution
• MEP Integration & Supervision: Coordinate HVAC works with electrical, plumbing, and fire fighting systems to ensure seamless project delivery
• Client & Financial Management: Handle client communication, approvals, variations, invoicing, and follow-ups for timely payment
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in HVAC / MEP projects
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems (mandatory) and good understanding of full MEP scope
• Proven experience in sales, estimation, and project handling
• Ability to read drawings, prepare quotations, and manage projects independently
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• GCC experience preferred
