Sales Executive – Industrial Material & Equipment Supply

Summary

We are seeking a proactive Sales & Business Development Executive to drive sales and expand client base in the industrial material and equipment supply sector. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, preparing quotations, and converting inquiries into confirmed orders. The ideal candidate should have strong market knowledge of industrial materials and equipment used in construction, MEP, and industrial projects, along with excellent negotiation and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development & Sales: Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial materials and equipment supply within construction, MEP, and industrial sectors
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, consultants, project managers, and procurement teams
• Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare and submit competitive quotations, technical-commercial offers, and follow up on inquiries
• Market & Product Understanding: Understand project requirements and recommend suitable industrial materials and equipment based on specifications
• Order Conversion & Follow-Up: Convert inquiries into confirmed orders and ensure smooth coordination until delivery stage
• Coordination with Internal Teams: Work closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely sourcing and delivery of materials

Experience & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 3–8 years of experience in industrial material trading, equipment supply, or B2B sales
• Strong understanding of construction, MEP, or industrial project supply chains
• Proven experience in sales, client acquisition, and order conversion
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• GCC experience preferred
