Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Sales & Project Engineer to develop business and manage execution of civil and industrial maintenance projects. The role involves identifying new opportunities, conducting site assessments, preparing quotations, and managing maintenance and repair works from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong technical understanding of civil maintenance activities along with proven sales, estimation, and project coordination experience in industrial or commercial environments.
Key Responsibilities
• Business Development & Sales: Identify and secure new civil and industrial maintenance contracts, conduct site visits, and convert inquiries into projects
• Site Assessment & Requirement Analysis: Inspect sites to understand maintenance needs including structural, repair, finishing, and facility-related works
• Cost Estimation & Quotation: Prepare BOQs, cost estimates, and competitive quotations for maintenance, repair, and refurbishment works
• Project Execution Coordination: Manage awarded maintenance projects, coordinate with site teams, and ensure timely and quality execution
• Site Supervision & Progress Monitoring: Oversee ongoing maintenance activities, monitor progress, resolve site issues, and ensure compliance with scope and standards
• Client & Contract Management: Maintain client relationships, handle work orders, variations, billing coordination, and payment follow-ups
Experience & Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering or related field
• Minimum 5–10 years of experience in civil maintenance, facility management, or industrial maintenance projects
• Strong knowledge of civil works including repairs, finishing, structural maintenance, and industrial site requirements
• Proven experience in sales, estimation, and project execution
• Ability to read drawings, prepare BOQs, and manage maintenance scopes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and client-handling skills
• GCC experience preferred
